  • You can book your ride with us by clicking the “Book Now” button on our homepage or in the main navigation bar. From there, you can submit your booking request instantly.

  • One-Way Trips

    One-way trips are available and may be booked for point-to-point transportation.

    Round-Trip Bookings

    Round-trip service is reserved for airport transfers, overnight trips, or long-distance travel where there is a significant time gap between pickup and return.

    Hourly Service Requirement

    If the time between the initial pickup and final drop-off is less than 8 hours, the booking must be reserved under our hourly chauffeur service, not as a round trip.

  • At Pink Diamond Luxe Transport, we value transparency and exceptional service.

    Hourly Chauffeur Service:

    • There is a 3 hour minimum for $315

    • Each additional hour is $95

    One-Way Service:

    • $180 for up to 40 miles

    • $1.70 per additional mile

    Round-Trip Service:

    • $350 for up to 40 miles each way

    • $1.70 per additional mile

    Photo/Media Service:

    • $175 for 1 hour minimum

    • $55 per additional hour

    • Transportation is not included

    Wait Time, Travel & Overtime Fees:

    • A 20-minute grace period is granted upon our arrival at the scheduled booking time. After this period, a $35 per half hour wait fee will be billed. The driver reserves the right to depart, and the booking may be considered a no-show.

    • For hourly services, a 15-minute grace period is provided at the end of your selected booking time. After this, an additional hourly charge will be applied.

    • Travel Fees:

      • Baltimore - $50

      • Any pickup that is 30 miles or greater from DC is subject to travel fees starting at $50

    • Smoking Fee:

      • A $75 smoking fee will be applied if smoking occurs inside the vehicle. This fee covers additional cleaning and odor removal.

  • Our airport transfers are available for pick-ups and drop-offs. We offer this service to the three major airports in the DC area: Dulles International (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI).

  • We have operational authority in:

    DC: Washington

    VA: Alexandria, Falls Church, Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County and Prince William County.

    MD: Montgomery County and Prince George’s County

  • Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled ride. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll assist you.

    Please note that failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the retention of your deposit.

  • Our fleet includes a luxury Chevy Suburban SUV that can accommodate up to 6 people.

    Please note that our vehicles are Pink.

  • No animals inside the vehicle.

    A deposit equal to 25% of the value of the selected service is required at the time of booking.

    Full payment must be received prior to the start of service in order to proceed with your scheduled booking.

    Any damage or cleanup will incur additional charges.

    The driver reserves the right to end the ride if their safety is compromised.

  • A 15% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings. This gratuity goes 100% directly to your driver for their service.
